NEW BIKE!!!

Well Andrew finally won. We have always have a deal that when I got a house he could finally get a motorcycle. Well 4 years after we moved into our house he is finally getting what he has always wanted. He looks pretty hot on it. I should have know him growing out his hair was him wanting a bike. Not saying you have to have long hair to have the Bike. Andrew is really happy. By the way the picture does not show Andrew in his helmet but he does wear full gear and a helmet. I will post one with full gear at a later time.

Green Thumb?

Who would have ever thought that i would have or get a green thumb? So i have had something new come to my life really recently. One of my bosses (Jonathon) just had a 5 week series called Origins. It was great lessons and you should get all 5 and take them to heart cause they are great and really convicting. OK sorry to get off on the side note but he wanted to make 2 gardens on either side on the stage for parts of his lessons so we searched and found a place to buy some really great plants. So they came in the first week and i had not really had allot of thought as to who was going to water and upkeep these plants until for the next 5 WEEKS. I had now become the water girl and care taker of these plants. At first i was not too excited about the idea but then it grew on me. I really enjoyed doing it and it really became fun. It was a long and hard process and i really had to read and learn about these plants but now i am liking what i did and the 5 weeks i got to do that.





So after the 5 weeks were over we had over 50 some plants to sell to people. we thought it was fair to sell them for half the price we paid for them. Now mind you we bought them from a really nice place, not home depot or Lowe's (not to say either of those are bad cause i buy my personal plants from there) but these were from Tropical greenery. They were nice and even though they almost died once they came back to life and looked better than ever. All this to say i think i have a green thumb now and i am now the water girl at home. So thanks to Jonathon and now my new found love!





On a side note i am glad to finally have all the plants out only because of the heart ache of getting them out. you would not believe the people that fight over these or the people that tell me that was too high of a price. ( i did not price them) I could not believe this. I am glad the plants are gone for that reason. Either you take it, give me the money, and go. Or you don't bother. People can be so rude some times. Why do people have to be this way?

ONE OF THE COOLEST THINGS I HAVE EVER GOT TO EXPERIENCE!!!

Today the church office staff all went to the airport to welcome home the troops. They had just gotten in from Geremany. There were about 180 soliders. IT was really neat there were a few out there to greet the soilders from other places or even some mothers who brought there kids to see it. They played the music and we all had flags, signs, snack food, & water. I have never got to do anything like it but it was well worth my time and if you ever have a chance to go please do so. They say that there are troops that come home 365 days a year. We got to meet several of the families and hear there story and many were very touching. Some only got to see there son after they were a week old and now the child was 8 months old. So many more stories to tell but such a cool experience. These pictures will show you so much!

Too funny not to share!

I took this picture of my boss Chris Hatchett when he sent all his secertaries to Krispie Cream to get donuts and spend some quality time together. He said he would answer the main line phone so all could go. He did a great job but it was really funny cause he is the big boss at work taking over the main line phones.

PRAISE GOD!!!

I am very thankful that my brother Jeff is fine and the cancer has not spread and he is at home doing well. The Ear looks really good and it will heal great. JETTA:(

Well on monday I got hit on 820. It totally distoyed my little Jetta. We were on 820 and the left hand lane had come to a stop and the truck 50 yards back did not see that we had stopped until it ran into me from behind and did not even brake. I love my Jetta and I am upset about it. I am thankful i am not too sore and am glad that I have myself still here:) I have a little wiplash and am now in a little rental car. I dont like the rent car. It stinks no extra bells and whistles. In my car i have a sunroof, and sirius radio this one has nothing, not even a keyless entry. WEll it could be worse so i will stop my complaining. but here is a little picture to show you what my Jetta looked like before! Pray that all goes well and I will get my car back soon and they will pay for all the damage.
